Welcome to the first day at Brookfield!
We are all so excited to be welcoming you to Brookfield in 2022-2023. We hope to bring you a high school experience that is long overdue; school wide-events, athletics, Student Council activities, Music Nights and much more. We have a very active Black Student Alliance and a Muslim Student Association that puts on school wide events as well as in the community. We also have many clubs and activities during lunch. Please listen to the announcements and get involved! There is something for everyone!!
If you have any questions, ask your teachers, EAs, Link Leaders or come to the Main Office. We're here to help!
A few reminders:
1. School starts at 9:05 am. Class ends at 3:05 pm.
2. Please follow the new arrows in the parking lot for drop-offs and pick-ups.
3. Wednesday September 7 is a Day 1.
4. If you don't have your timetable, it can be picked up in the Main Office after the first day of school.
5. If you're eligible for a Presto Pass, it can be picked up in the Main Office.
6. Every student can have a locker. Grade 10-12 have assigned areas. Please bring your combination lock to school.
7. Voluntary school fees are $25/child and can be paid online using School Cash Online or in person by bringing a cheque or cash to the Main Office. Student fees are voluntary.
8. Cafeteria is expected to open on September 12.
9. Student Accident Insurance Information - voluntary and will be emailed to families.
10. Please notify the school if a student is late, absent or needs to be picked up early. Students who are 18+ can sign themselves in/out.
